1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Vibe Coach ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Vibe Coach is an AI-powered cycling coaching application that provides training plans, workout recommendations, fueling guidance, and performance analysis. The Service is intended for informational and fitness guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any training program.
3. AI-Generated Content
Coaching recommendations, training plans, and analysis provided by Vibe Coach are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors or be inappropriate for your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any coaching output. Vibe Coach is not liable for injury, illness, or other outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.
4. Strava Integration
Vibe Coach integrates with Strava to import your ride activity data. By connecting your Strava account, you authorize Vibe Coach to access your Strava data in accordance with Strava's API Agreement. You may disconnect Strava at any time from the Settings page. We store a limited window of your Strava activity data (see our Privacy Policy for retention details). Vibe Coach is not affiliated with or endorsed by Strava, Inc.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or prompts; use the Service to generate content intended to harm others; submit false or misleading data; interfere with the security or integrity of the Service; or use automated tools to scrape or access the Service in bulk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials comprising Vibe Coach are the property of Third Coast Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission. Your ride data and personal inputs remain your own.
8. Beta Service
Vibe Coach is currently in beta. The Service is provided as-is and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features may change, data may be reset, and availability is not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience as the product evolves.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Third Coast Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of revenue. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kent County, Michigan.
